Duly Paid / Pricing

We never take a cut.

Flat prices, set out like the invoices we chase. One recovered invoice can cover a year of Solo. Solo and Business both start with 14 days free (card at checkout, nothing charged until the trial ends), and you keep every penny you recover.

Pricing questions

Terms, itemised.

Is there a free plan?

No. Chasing needs Solo or Business, and both start with a 14-day free trial. Without a plan you can still add an invoice and buy its Letter Before Action for £7, but no reminders are sent.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

Yes. Choose Solo or Business, create your account and add a card at secure checkout. You get every feature of that plan straight away and nothing is charged until the 14 days are up. We email you three days before the first payment, and you can cancel in one click before then. The trial is once per account.

What counts as an “active” invoice?

Any invoice that isn't paid yet, including paused and disputed ones. Once an invoice is marked as paid it no longer counts towards your limit.

How does the £7 Letter Before Action work?

On any overdue invoice, choose “Buy this letter”. After a one-off £7 payment the letter is unlocked for that invoice: download it as a PDF, print it, or have us email it to your customer. No subscription and no plan needed. Solo includes one letter a month; Business, unlimited.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, in one click from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Annual plans get a reminder email before they renew.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments aren't refunded for a change of mind, which is why both plans start with a free trial. If a letter can't be produced, or its figures are wrong because of our error, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund it.

Is Duly Paid for businesses only?

Yes. It's sold to businesses (sole traders, partnerships, companies and LLPs), not to consumers. You can still use it to chase a private customer: they get plain reminders, without statutory interest.

Are there any discounts or promotion codes?

No. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. The only saving is paying yearly.

Do you take a percentage of what I recover?

Never. Flat pricing only: every penny you recover, including interest and compensation, is yours.
